To help us plan and to ensure a smooth convention experience, attendees will select their meals in advance. Breakfast will be on your own this year. Use the link below to order lunch and dinners. Details and links for meal packages and à la carte options are now available.
Business Meetings & Delegates
DWCF holds official business meetings on Friday and Saturday mornings during the convention. These sessions are where important organizational decisions are discussed and voted on.
Each club elects delegates who are authorized to vote on behalf of their club.
✔️ You do not have to be a delegate to attend the convention.
✔️ All registered attendees are welcome to sit in on the business meetings and observe.
❌ Only duly elected delegates may vote.
If you are interested in serving as a delegate, please check with your club leadership about your club’s election process.
Registration & Payment Process
The convention registration fee is $70 per attendee.
Important: Attendees do not pay the state directly.
Instead, each attendee pays their club, and the club submits one combined payment to DWCF for all members and guests attending from that club.
Here’s how it works:
-
Each attendee (delegates, non-delegates, and guests) pays the $70 registration fee to their club.
-
Club Presidents collect the fees and submit a single payment to DWCF for everyone attending from their club.
-
Club Presidents also submit the full list of names of all attendees, including:
• Delegates
• Non-delegate members
• Guests from outside the club
This process ensures accurate credentials, voting lists, and materials for the convention.
