DWCF Candidate Training and Development

The DWCF Candidate Training and Development program is designed to make our candidates appear Confident, Likeable and Qualified, helping them become more viable, and therefore more likely to get elected. By recruiting, training, and supporting candidates statewide, we build the pipeline for our future. Our program empowers our communities, benefiting democrats up and down the ticket. A good candidate creates energy and enthusiasm motivating communities to organize, mobilize and vote.

WE SUPPORT through out diverse groups, providing messaging points, structure, and guidance in a safe space

WE UNDERSTAND the sacrifices our candidates make, and we work hard to provide the training, tools, and support they need to succeed

TO WIN we need Candidate Training and Development in every club.  All of our Counties are unique; therefore, this cannot be a “one size fits all” program.  The Democratic Women’s Club of Florida is positive, progressive, and prepared to win elections and build a bench of Florida Democratic leaders!!!
